11 Weeks and counting. Time to get refocused and get back to work!!!! After taking a 2 week break from training and letting my body rest for the next grueling 11 weeks of contest prep my body is reenergized and ready to get back to work. Sometimes your body just needs a break from everything. My diet stayed the same. So today we have back and tris along with abs and cardio to be followed. Stay tuned
