11 weeks and counting, Here are some pics and the split I will be working with the next 6 weeks.


Mon - am - cardio/back, pm - tris/abs


Tues - am - calves, pm quads and hams


Wed - am - cardio/chest, pm- bis/ abs


Thurs - am - calves / upper back, pm tris


Fri - am - shoulders cardio/abs, pm quads and hams


Sat - am - chest / bis


Sun - rest
